As the weather cools in the fall and winter months I love a body-warming tea that's aromatic, flavorful and smooth without milk. I created this seasonal blend in that spirit. Inspired by the enticing cocoa aromatics and silky body of a Congou from Fujian, I went to work combining it with other fine black teas from China. This year’s tea includes the aromatic Black Fragrance and a gutsy, woodsy beauty from Yunnan.
Winter Morning Tea shows aromas of cocoa, pine and warming spice while the cup is smooth, medium bodied and inviting.
This blend is made from small lot teas of limited availability, so enjoy it while it lasts!
