Coffees from the Huehuetenago department of Guatemala are well know for their unique balance of sweetness and acidity.  This particular lot comes from producers around the community of San Antonio Huista, growing Caturra, Catuaí and Bourbon variety coffees at elevations around 1600 meters above sea level.  This coffee is incredibly versatile, showing different, positive attributes at various roast levels. 

At a medium roast, we’re enjoying the brown sugar sweetness and substantial body that is complimented by a bright, pleasant acidity.
