We’re excited to participate in supporting the Catracha Project again that helped farmers in Santa Elena improve the quality of their coffee and their lives. This delicious coffee with crisp notes of almond and melon, is grown on the La Palma farm in Southern Honduras by husband and wife Gumercindo and Elsa Vasquez. They started planting coffee as a way to help pay for their eldest son’s education, and the farm is now their primary source of income for their family of six.

As part of the Catracha Project, Gumercindo and Elsa receive 100% of the profits from their exported green coffee and education dedicated to strengthening their coffee quality and yield.
