This is our third year offering this very special coffee from Bolivia, produced by 24-year-old university student and coffee professional, Yulissa Chambi.
Yulissa's family has been growing coffee in the Yungas region of Bolivia for over 50 years. During the pandemic, Yulissa, along with the help of her brother Felix Chambi, planted a new generation of Catuai variety coffee on their 10-acre farm. Using novel fermentation techniques to coax incredible flavors from the coffee, Yulissa offers this anaerobic washed version of her coffee, as well as a natural, which we will be debuting in the coming weeks.
This dynamic coffee's incredible sweetness is balanced by noted of citrus and caramel.
