What's your coffee style?

Highwire's Coffee menu is divided between our year round blends and our frequently changing Single Origin menu.

Single Origins are special lots of coffee selected for their outstanding flavor characteristics. These are usually very small lots from a single farm, or washing station and are stand out examples of what that region produces each season. Single Origins tend to be on the lighter end of our roast spectrum.

Highwire's Blends lineup is meant to be more consistent in the cup, but behind the scenes the ingredients are changing almost as frequently as the Single Origins.

We consider Tightrope (lightish) and Shadowplay (darkish) our two house blends. These are great introductions to our approach as they are each balanced at different points in the flavors spectrum. Tightrope is more citrus and red fruit sweetness, while Shadowplay is centered around brown sugar and darker fruit.

Conscientious Objector (medium roast) is always Certified Organic, and the cup profile will change based on what is seasonally great. We give our selves room to play with this one as there is so much good organic coffee to explore.

The Core is our daily espresso blend and tends to land in our Medium Roast range.

At Highwire, we're not afraid of the dark, and one of our most celebrated blends is Bauhaus "Our darkest one". This is a dark roast coffee with heft, sweetness, and smoke.
