The inspiration for our popular Earl Grey Remix came about because we always felt that other Earl Grey teas were lacking. Too simple, too one dimensional, and uninspired. So we hit the lab. We cupped dozens of different black tea bases side-by-side. We played endlessly with the levels and shades of bergamot flavoring. After mixing and remixing, we found a profile that truly resonated: a candied lemon briskness, laid over a floral tea base. Our rhythm track, if you will. Next, we tracked in our leads: a sturdy, structured Yunan to ground it, and rose petals to add an aromatic complexity. The result? Earl Grey Remix, a fully flavored Earl Grey with more black tea resonance than any other we've tasted.

To brew Earl Grey Remix, we recommend 2 oz of 210° water for each gram of tea. Brew for 4 minutes, then enjoy. Preferably while listening to your favorite vinyl.
