To create East Bay Breakfast, we combined Ceylon, Keemun, Assam, and Yunnan black teas to draw out flavors you wouldn’t otherwise experience. The result is a full bodied and malty cup with a pleasant toasty finish.

To brew East Bay Breakfast, we recommend 2 oz of 210° water for each gram of tea. Brew for 4 minutes, then get ready to have your eyes opened.
