East Bay Breakfast was formerly known as Open My Eyes for a reason. Our signature breakfast tea blend is a bold, fully-flavored tea that draws attention to itself right away. To create East Bay Breakfast, we combined Ceylon, Keemun, Assam, and Yunnan black teas to draw out flavors you wouldn’t otherwise experience. The result is a full bodied and malty cup with a pleasant toasty finish.
For those who love a strong cup with milk, East Bay Breakfast will definitely do the trick. If you’re a fan of a brisk cup without any adulteration this will reward with both strength and character.
To brew East Bay Breakfast, we recommend 2 oz of 210° water for each gram of tea. Brew for 4 minutes, then get ready to have your eyes opened.
