1. Measure 3 grams matcha into Chawan (matcha bowl)
2. Add 65 g of 165F water
3. Whisk vigorously with a Chasen (whisk) in a W pattern until frothy (about 20-30 seconds), pour into cup
4. Steam/heat 10 oz milk of choice and pour into your cup to mix with the matcha, sweeten to taste
